Where is my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. Please note that it can sometimes take longer, though we certainly try our best to get them out ASAP.

Packages are shipped from Austin, TX, which usually means a rather quick transit time for domestic orders since we are centrally located.

What's the scoop on international orders?
All international orders are shipped via “International First-Class” by the United States Postal Service.

This is the absolute cheapest, most reliable international shipping service out there.

We will not be held responsible for charges you may incur due to customs. Usually only heavy packages get caught up in customs, so you shouldn’t really have to worry about that.

International orders can take anywhere from 7-18 days to be delivered (sometimes longer or shorter). It is VERY rare for a package to just go missing, so please be patient!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
